Special tool ball bearing disassembly

The Danish company Onrobot offers solutions in the field of robotics. Here, special ball bearings are installed that cannot be dismantled with standard extractors. In order to be able to reach into the bearing raceway between the balls, KUKKO has developed new adapters with a particularly slim foot for the 69 series. With the help of this special tool, the flat ball bearings can be removed without any problems. The individual process steps - from sending in the ball bearing to completing the adapters - are summarized in the corresponding sequence of pictures.
