TRI-PULL with 3 segments

Description

The three-part TRI-PULL series 13 puller is used for the gentle removal of spherical and angular contact roller bearings in drive technology. The segments are positioned behind the bearing on the inner ring and thus ensure even force transmission across the entire bearing.

Area of application

  • For gentle extraction of spherical and angular contact roller bearings in drive technology.

  • The friction-locked contact of the separators on the inner ring protects the bearing from damage during removal

  • The even force distribution on the inner ring circumference prevents tilting or misalignment of the bearing ring during removal

  • The sharp cutting edges enable stripping where other stripping methods cannot be used

  • The screw connection between the separating and extracting device ensures maximum stability during extraction

  • Position and fix the segments behind the bearing on the inner ring
  • Tighten the separating jaws by evenly tightening the adjusting nuts on the side bolts of the TRI-PULL and ensure that the separating blades are positioned under the part to be extracted as far as they will go
  • Screw the pull pin of the puller into the threaded holes of the TRI-PULL as far as it will go
  • Hold the TRI-PULL firmly and pull off the relevant part safely and carefully by tightening the clamping nut
