Description

The Series 18 pullers are used together with the Series 15 and 17 separators to pull off flat or thin-walled parts in trade, industry and workshops when there is not enough space for pulling hooks. The separating-pulling process is able to gently separate these parts before they can be pulled off from the outside. The 18-B series is also equipped with a hydraulic system that enables force-saving and efficient separating-pulling.

Benefits Operation

  • The screw connection between the separating and extracting device ensures maximum stability during extraction

  • If the separating jaws are screwed into the tightening device the other way round, the contact surface is enlarged and pulled off more gently

  • Thanks to its simple design, special separating devices can also be easily created for the 18 series for in-house use

  • Hydraulics ensure effortless and quick extraction

  • Press the sharp cutting edges of the cutting device behind the part
  • Tighten the separating jaws by evenly tightening the adjusting nuts on the side bolts of the separating device and ensure that the separating blades are positioned under the part to be removed as far as they will go
  • Screw the pull bolt of the puller into the threaded holes of the separator as far as it will go
  • Hold the separator firmly and pull off the relevant part safely and carefully by tightening the clamping nut
