2-arm universal puller with sliding, always parallel Pulling hooks

Description

The 2-arm universal puller with hydraulic spindle is suitable for extracting particularly tight bearings, gears and pulleys with an extraction force of up to 23 tonnes. Thanks to the integrated grease hydraulics, no external pump is required. The manually extendable lever arm can be swivelled through 360°. Depending on the thread size, the flexible connection thread on the spindle enables the mounting of numerous extracting tools from the KUKKO range.

Area of application

  • For extracting bearings, gears and discs in all standard sizes for trade, workshop and industry.

Benefits Operation

  • Screw connection enables easy loosening and particularly tight fastening of the pulling hooks with a hexagon wrench

  • Easy application also with eccentric components due to free-moving pulling hooks sliding off the crossbar

  • Variable adjustment to any span between 0 mm - 750 mm and span depth between 210 mm - 750 mm

  • Grease-hydraulic spindle guarantees easy and controlled removal of particularly stuck parts with little effort

  • Optionally convertible from an external extractor to an internal extractor by reversing the pulling hooks

  • Anti-slip guard on the spindle head for safe working with wrench

  • Spindle riser protects the threading

  • Attach the Pulling hook to the part to be extracted from the outside
  • Slide the claws under the component
  • Use a spanner to fasten the hooks
  • Manually pressurise the spindle for fixing
  • Operate the lever arm on the hydraulic pump until the component is released
