Description

The all-steel construction clamps with toggle handle from the 480K series are used for extra heavy-duty and heavy-duty clamping of workpieces in steel construction, metalworking shops, commercial vehicle construction, mechanical engineering, etc.. The steel construction clamps can also withstand the increased loads required and can therefore be used in tough applications.

Benefits Operation

  • Clamping force up to 22,000 N

  • Special movable pressure cap enables clamping of inclined workpieces up to 35°

  • Hexagon enables the use of a spanner, ratchet or impact wrench

  • Smooth-running trapezoidal spindles ensure even greater power transmission

  • Place the fixed clamping arm on the workpiece to be held and roughly fix it by moving the movable clamping arm
  • Tighten the threaded spindle by actuating the handle and thus firmly fix the workpiece
