Low-tension die-cast clamps

Description

The 505K to 509K series low-tension die-cast screw clamps with steel toggle handle are used for pressing together and holding large workpieces in construction and industry. The steel slide rail enables a high clamping force to be achieved. The 505K to 509K series have a toggle handle that enables particularly firm tightening.

Benefits Operation

  • Clamping force up to 7,000 N

  • Smooth-running trapezoidal spindles ensure even greater power transmission

  • Numerous variants of the clamping width and throat depth of screw clamps enable parts of different sizes to be held in place

  • Place the fixed clamping arm on the workpiece to be held and roughly fix it by moving the movable clamping arm
  • Tighten the threaded spindle by actuating the handle and thus firmly fix the workpiece
