Description

The Series 68 pullers are used with the Series 13 separators for pulling flat or thin-walled parts in trade, industry and workshops when there is not enough space for pulling hooks. Depending on the application, the 68 series multi-traverse offers space for two or three foot bolts. This guarantees a larger contact surface and therefore a more even distribution of force.

  • The screw connection between the separating and extracting device ensures maximum stability during extraction

  • The foot pins ensure a particularly firm stand when pulling out

  • Multi-traverse with scale as an adjustment aid for the foot bolts

  • Thanks to its simple design, special separating devices can also be easily created for the 68 series for in-house use

  • Press the sharp cutting edges of the cutting device behind the part
  • Tighten the separating jaws by evenly tightening the adjusting nuts on the side bolts of the separating device and ensure that the separating blades are positioned under the part to be removed as far as they will go
  • Screw the pull bolt of the puller into the threaded holes of the separator as far as it will go
  • Hold the separator firmly and pull off the relevant part safely and carefully by tightening the clamping nut
