Separating devices for hydraulic PULL/PRESSURE pullers

Description

The Y-15 series separators are used to pull off ball bearings, roller bearings, inner rings and other flush-mounted parts in trade, workshop and industrial applications where there is not enough space for pulling hooks. The separating-pulling process is able to gently separate these parts before they can be pulled off from the outside. The 15 series impresses with its compatibility and variety of applications. Depending on the application, there are several variants of the separators. The separators of the Y-15 series require the hydraulic PULL/PRESSURE puller of the Y-180 series.

Area of application

  • For extracting ball bearings, roller bearings, inner rings and other flush-fitting parts in trade, workshop and industry.

  • The hydraulic puller required in combination with the separating device enables the easy and controlled removal of particularly stuck parts

  • The sharp cutting edges enable stripping where other stripping methods cannot be used

  • The screw connection between the separating and extracting device ensures maximum stability during extraction

  • If the separating jaws are screwed into the extractor the other way round, the contact surface is enlarged and extracted more gently

  • Thanks to its simple design, the Y-15 series can also be used to create special separators for in-house applications without any problems

  • Screw the Thrust pieces into the internal thread of the piston rod
  • Insert the centre spindle directly into the threaded piece or, if using a Thrust piece with a smooth bore, fasten and adjust using the quick adjusting nut
  • The cylinder is used in a pressing position. The cylinder is aligned towards the part. Fit the sliding plates on the opposite side of the cylinder
  • Separate the bearing from the part using pressurised hydraulics
